This page lists the third-party providers that process customer data to help Jishu Labs operate Kiku. For each provider we describe the purpose of processing and the region where processing primarily takes place.

Data Categories

Depending on which features you use, sub-processors may process account identifiers, email addresses, uploaded audio, generated transcripts, billing metadata, usage data, logs, and support context needed to provide the Service.

No Model Training

Audio and generated transcripts sent to our speech and AI sub-processors are used only to produce your results. They are not retained for, or used to train, the providers' foundation models.

Changes to Sub-processors

We may update this list as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where required by an applicable customer agreement, communicated through the agreed notice process.
